余ってしまった原料を物作りや商売の「基点」に据え、生産からユーザーの手に渡るまで、サプライチェーンを広く見渡し、もったいないを拾い上げ、無駄を省く。

From production to reaching the hands of users, we carefully examine the supply chain, pick up on wastefulness, and minimize waste. We aim to create a suitable cycle from both the perspective of our values and reality so that more people can be part of "RYE TENDER" and share the joy and excitement of the brand.

実物の商品はどこで見られますか。 Where is it possible to see the actual products in real life?: 月に1度のペースで全国各地を回るPOPUPイベントを開催しております。
お近くの町での開催がありましたら是非お越しください。
また、各シーズンに “ご試着キャンペーン” を自社EC上で行っております。往復送料無料でご自宅での試着が可能です。
実際に手にとって品質を確認したい、サイズが合うか試着をしたいお客様は是非上記のイベント・キャンペーンにご参加ください。
開催の時期については、自社EC・IG等にて随時告知を行っております。
We do pop-up events once a month that travel around the country. If there is one in a town near you, please come and visit us. We also run a 'try-on campaign' each season on our e-commerce site. You can try on the garments at home with free return shipping.

Customers who would like to check the quality in their own hands and try on the garments for optimal fit are welcome to take part in these events and campaigns. Information regarding the events will be announced on the company's e-commerce site as well as on our official Instagram account.
洗濯はどうしたらよいですか。 Are there any particular recommendations regarding washing?: 商品の素材によってお洗濯の方法が異なります。IGにて素材別のお手入れ・保管方法をご説明しておりますので、そちらをご確認ください。

ギフトラッピングは可能ですか。 Is gift wrapping available?: はい。ギフトラッピングはEC・商品ページ上に「ラッピング」の項目があります。商品ご購入の際に一緒にカートにお入れください。 Yes. Gift wrapping is available in the 'Wrapping' section on the EC/product page. Please add it to your cart when you purchase the product.
売切れ商品の再入荷はありますか Will out-of-stock items be restocked?: 商品により異なります。残糸を使用している為、生産量に制限があります。残糸量に余裕がある素材、または正規購入が可能な素材に限り、追加生産が可能です。
追加の適否に関しては、商品の売れ行きと追加時期を考慮して適宜判断いたします。 It depends on the product. As we use leftover yarn, there is a limit to the production quantity. Additional production is only possible for materials for which there is a surplus of yarn, or for materials that are available for regular purchase. The suitability of additional production will be determined accordingly, taking into account the sales of the product and the timing of the additional production.
